Tabernacle

It's interesting how much detail and exactness is involved in the tabernacle. I think some of the reason is so that the Israelites can recognize how closely they should follow the Lord's commands. There must be endless symbolism in all that he gave.

Keys-Mathew 16:22-24, 17:20

I like this scripture because of the Saviors reaction. 2Ne 8:22

22  Thus saith thy Lord, the Lord and thy God  pleadeth  the cause of his people; behold, I have taken out of thine hand the cup of trembling, the dregs of the cup of my fury; thou shalt no more drink it again. I understand that the Lord is talking about the Jews and all of the abuse they have suffered through the ages, and that it's not their turn to be abused anymore, but I am also seeing it like this: "Thy God pleadeth the cause of his people"- He pleads my cause, your cause before the Father   "I have taken out of thine hand the cup of trembling, the dregs of the cup of my fury" He has suffered for us that as long as we sincerely repent and try our best we need not tremble or suffer the way he has for us.
